Orders:
We have a minimum order of USD $10 before shipping and tax. Upon checkout, if you are unable to see the checkout button after you have adjusted your order to reach the minimum, please refresh the page. All orders below $10 WILL BE CANCELED.
Payment:
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). For faster checkout process, our website also accepts Apply Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
At the moment, we are unable to accept PayPal payments. Gift cards or reloadable/prepaid Visa Debit cards are NOT accepted.
Shipping & Transit Times:
Shipping
At Hai Trim and Feathers, we strive to process all orders the same day. However, depending on the volume of orders per day and during peak carnival and dance seasons, we may ship your order the next day.
Our standard cut-off time for same day shipping is 4:00 PM ET.
Orders received after our cut-off times will be processed the next business day.
For orders received on weekends and holidays, we will process your order the next business day.
Transit Times
DOMESTIC
USPS Ground Advantage (First Class Mail): 2 to 8 days
USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 4 days
UPS Ground: 1 to 5 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (within the day)
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days (within the day)
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day by 12:00 PM
*UPS packages may be shipped via FedEx services.
INTERNATIONAL
FedEx International Priority/UPS Worldwide Saver: 1 to 3 business days
FedEx International Economy/UPS Worldwide Expedited: 3 to 5 business days
UPS Standard (for Canada and Mexico only): 2 to 7 business days

Delivery:
We value your business that is why we want to make sure that you receive your packages. For orders more than $500, a direct signature is required upon delivery. If you do not want any signature requirement, please email us at sales@haitrim.com.
Returns:
All sales are final. No return, no exchange.
Sale and Closeout Items are final.
However, there are instances where we may allow exchanges depending on the issue about the item. We would be glad to discuss it with you. Please contact us WITHIN A WEEK after your package has been delivered if you have any issues regarding your order. Do not send back orders without any prior authorization.
