Versatile stretch rhinestone banding with 12 rows of 20ss crystal rhinestones on plastic setting connected by elastic thread. This trim can be stretched up to 2 inches. Can be cut into smaller strips or pieces using regular scissors.
For best application, hand-sewing is recommended.
